Crudes 10th Annual Veteran Ride 2020 / Homes for Our Troops – Cancelled

This is the 10th anniversary Ride! Let’s make it Historic!
No release forms to fill out and no fee for this ride!! meet at 8am ksu at 10am sharp!…Crude invades Historic Shem Creek SC!! May 13 2020 ride will be about 180 mile ride round trip (Escorted)..roughly 80-90 miles each way with 1 stop each way for gas and resting. It will end with a Free Pizza Party for those who attend as well This ride is not a poker run and we try our best to keep the whole pack of bikes together for the whole ride. We start at Golden Egg in Surfside then head south on 17 to Isle of palms and ride through a very scenic area down into Shem Creek SC Stopping at Red’s Icehouse. Great ride to meet new friends or see your old friends from years past. This ride has many repeat riders that come down to the rally just for this ride every year. we sell t-shirts every year with a different design and different theme. we have raffles and cash prizes to give away at end of the ride. there is no entry fee for this ride but to win stuff you would have to purchase tickets with the proceeds benefiting:

Event starts at 8am at the Golden Egg in Surfside
start staging bikes at 9:30 across the street in Postal/tomlinsons parking lot. at 9:50 we will take some group photos which will be posted for all to download. and have a prayer and then KSU (kick stands up) at 10am to head out, we will all ride in stagger formation. please do not be an a*s, and remember you are agreeing your riding at your own risk as well.
We will ride south on 17s most of the way stopping in McCellanville Sc to stretch our legs and gas up if some need it. I (Crude) will be passing out the annual wristbands for end of run there, it will include pizza and extended happy hour till close at the Causeway. .
We will then from there head down to Shem Creek SC and stop at Red’s Icehouse, everyone agrees to pay for their own food and beverages, we do have a room reserved there as well that seats about 300 people, plus what ever else is available when we arrive there, parking is tight there so please fit as many bikes in a parking spot as possible, 4 usually but if we can squeeze 5 that would help. Red’s is in Shem Creek its a very beautiful place. The Traffic Blows there but we will do what we can to keep everyone together, make sure you get direction sheet when you show up in morning,

***At 7pm the Main raffle will start from all the items we gather before this event even starts.. thats from the tickets we will be selling all day from the start of the day!

This ride started in 2011 and we had 15 bikes then in 2012, 2013, 2014 we had over 50 bikes plus passengers. In 2015, 2016, 2017 &2018 we had over 100 bikes!!! In 2019 we had over 200 bikes!! Great event to meet other bikers and to enjoy the day!. this event is FREE All people coming pay for thier own beverages and food if you choose to eat or drink.
This ride is Dedicated to the Men and Woman who fought for our freedom… Thank A Vet!!
